Who we are

A facade package you do not have to chase.

Classy Walls Ltd started as a construction company in London in 2021. Since then we have narrowed down to one thing and got very good at it: facades.

We work as a specialist sub-contractor for main contractors, developers and facade system suppliers. We price off your drawings, set out on site, and install to the programme you give us. No layers of agency labour, no surprises at handover.

  • Fully qualified teams. NVQ, SSSTS, SMSTS, IPAF, PASMA, working at height and first aid.
  • Experience on prestige schemes with UK architects and design practices.
  • Quality, programme and budget treated as the same job, not three separate ones.

Curtain walling

Stick and unitised systems, capped and structural glazing. Setting out, framing, glazing and sealing.

RC

Rainscreen cladding

Aluminium cassette, composite and panel systems on carrier rails. Cut, set out and fixed on site.

WD

External windows

Aluminium window installation to new build and refurbishment. Fixing, packing, sealing and finishing.

DR

Doors and entrances

Commercial entrance screens, doorsets and hardware. Installed square, sealed and signed off.

SS

Solar shading

Brise soleil, fins and louvre systems. Delivered on projects for specialist sunscreening suppliers.

RM

Remedials and glazing swaps

Panel replacement, defect works and access driven repairs to existing facades.

How we work

From drawings to handover.

Send the elevations and the programme. You get a price, a labour plan and a start date. Six steps, every job.

Enquiry and drawings

Send elevations, sections and the system spec. We tell you within 48 hours if it is a job for us.

Survey and take-off

Site visit, access check and quantities. You get a fixed price against a clear scope.

Setting out and RAMS

Method statements, risk assessments and lifting plans issued before anyone goes near the scaffold.

Labour and programme

Team sized to your dates. Ticketed operatives only, with cards checked before mobilisation.

Install

Frames, panels, glazing and seals. Weekly progress photos so you are never guessing.

Snag and handover

Joint walk round, snags closed, clean elevation signed off.

Cards and tickets

Every operative qualified before they set foot on site.
